Another easy to make healthy drink…or to better put an easy way to incorporate yogurt into your diet.
I heard elsewhere on the web that live bacteria in yogurt can help you live longer or fortify your immune system. Go Yogurt!!
We used greek yogurt for this recipe. Greek yogurt gives a creamy texture to the mango lassi. Although you could use home made yogurt or store bought Dannon yogurt as well, you will need to add less milk to get a creamy texture.
Ingredients:

* 1/4 cup – Greek Yogurt
* 1 cup – Mango pulp – No mango pulp doesn’t come in a Mason jar
* Crushed ice
* Milk – about 1/4 cup or less based on yogurt’s texture
* A dash of salt – salt brings out the taste
* 1/4 teaspoon rose water – optional
Blend the above ingredients in a hand blender and enjoy the Mango Lassi.
You can refrigerate this for a day or so.
