An easy to make mango ice cream using ice cream maker.
I used store bought mango pulp to make this ice cream.
Ingredients:
2 cups half and half
1 cup mango pulp
2 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
dash of salt

- Beat eggs very well with a hand mixer.
- Gradually add sugar and beat until the sugar is dissolved.
- Stir in half and half, vanilla extract, and a dash of salt.
- Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker followed by 1 cup of mango pulp. Follow the directions as recommended by the manufacturer.

Tastes great by itself or you may try it with fruit salad.
