I am an Indian born IT engineer living in the US for over 10+ years now.
I live in the St. Louis area and didn’t move much during my life here in the US – I mean studied in St.Louis area and settled on a job in St.Louis neighborhood.
I spend most of the time working and spend rest of the time with my family. My hobbies include photography (my photo blog: My3rdI.org), reading, gardening, healthy cooking/baking – not in particular order
About this blog:
I am hoping to share useful, interesting things that I come across everyday

I am disappointed that you have not mentioned listening to country music as one of your hobbies:)
Good blog, keep it up!
Makam
Well Makam, I gave up listening to country music almost 7 years ago. These days mostly it’s NPR or soft rock
Good to hear from you.
Sasi,
Good blog and very informative.
It would be great if you could add some tips on Photography.
Keep it up!
So, after I saw your Family Circus note, I decided to check out the rest of your blog . . .and I can’t believe there’s a photo of Rockport up there! I lived in Boston for three years, and Rockport was my refuge . . .one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. I’ve come across very few people who’ve experienced it, and I find it difficult to describe how cool it is.
Sasi, I chanced upon your blog. Thanks for the recipes photos and link to Tamil radio stations. Brings back memories of home. Keep it up.
I have a curry leaf plant for the last 5 years. This year the leaves are falling. What to do? Can you provide me the email address? I am also in st. louis.
Dear Sasi,
I was searching for information on “curry berry” and found your blog; and have just left a comment in your Recipe page. Could you please check and response. Happy to know that your curry-leaf plant is also bearing berries. Hope to hear from you.
With good wishes from Adelaide, Australia.

I came across your recipe for the Bircher muesli/Swiss Oats, it is a GREAT recipe. The best. I am going to try your other recipes and then I noticed your instructions for a plant light. You are a good source of information for all kinds of things. Thank you so much. I love the Swiss Oats, it makes me happy to get up in the morning and have some.
